What We Cook
We love cooking with lots of fresh vegetables, leaning toward what’s local and in season. We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, with bacon and chicken from local farms. We love beans and whole grains, leafy greens and fresh fruit. At Juicy Kitchen we consider ourselves healthy foodies!
We use locally sourced produce whenever we can, our chicken is hormone free, and we use organic vegetables and grains when feasible. We shop the Farmer’s Market, use produce from our farmer friends right down the road, and most everything is cooked from scratch. All of are baked goods are made with whole grains and natural sweeteners, like ripe bananas, and they just happen to be vegan too!
We source many of our ingredients from Tantre Farm, Goetz Farm, Prairie Farms Dairy, Michigan Eggs, Roos Roast Coffee, Crust Bakery (bread) and Polliwog Farm.
We cook for our customers as we cook for our families - with love!
We are more than happy to comply with special dietary needs such as specific allergies, gluten-free diets, vegans or vegetarians.
At Juicy Kitchen we cook with the best ingredients we can find and turn them into delicious, healthy meals. We cook and serve our food with love. We consider ourselves “healthy foodies!”
